Due to the nature of personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.
 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at propeckb@gmail.com with your order details and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right.
 

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been processed.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and we are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
